My Story and What I Do

Coach Byron L. Hunter is the Founder, Chief Executive Officer, and Master Life Strategist of the H.E.I.R.S. Institute and developer of the Trapped In The Pit™ Transformational System. His methodology is not extracted from academic textbooks or safe observation—it is forged in 19 years of direct, raw lived experience inside the concrete environments and 6 consecutive years of uncompromised, sovereign operational freedom in the community.

As a master builder, Coach Byron has dedicated his desk to pulling human souls out of psychological and spiritual cages. His verbal authority and strategic tracking systems actively command an expanding network of active climbers both inside and outside the correctional compounds. He serves as an immovable anchor for high-capacity professionals, system-impacted individuals, and youth mentees, equipping them to stabilize their perimeters, lock down their financial intelligence, and execute their true purpose flat on their own feet.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is professional life coaching?
Professional life coaching is the process of making a positive change in your life with the help and guidance of an experienced individual such as myself. To start, we will focus on the aspects of your life in which you need guidance. Along the way we help you define your goals and give you a strategy for obtaining them.

What are some of the benefits of coaching?
Having a life coach can help you overcome obstacles, make difficult decisions, improve your outlook on life, relieve stress and achieve your goals.

Does it really work?
Yes, coaching does work; but like everything, it depends on how much effort you put in. Coaching is a very strong tool for an individual who genuinely wants change but the client has to want this guidance, and be willing to change, in order for it to work.

Is it worth the investment?
Yes, coaching is worth the investment. Most individuals will see the benefits of a life coach almost immediately. This is especially true when you set clear goals and expectations with your coach from the beginning, so you can immediately start working towards achieving those goals.
